The sincere birthday greetings for Virat Kohli:

Virat Kohli had modest origins and was raised and reared in a middle-class family in West Delhi. His mother, Saroj Kohli, supported him through his cricket career, while his father, Prem Nath Kohli, practiced legal matters. In the month of December 2006, tragedy struck as his father died following having a brain attack. Kohli persisted in pursuing his goals regardless of this personal defeat, and two years later he led the Indian U19 side to victory in the 2008 ODI U19 World Cup.

Wishing Virat Kohli a happy birthday

Since earning his professional debut for India in 2008, Kohli has established himself as one of the greatest players in modern cricket. He has amassed more than 27,000 runs, including 80 centuries in all formats, giving him the fourth-highest run-scorer in international cricket. Among his achievements are the Champions Cup (2013), the Twenty-20 World Cup (2024), & the One-Day International World Cup (2011), a unique double of ICC titles.

With 40 victories in 68 games on captain, Kohli became India’s strongest Test skipper. He led his team to 95 victory in 131 games across all forms.

In a conversation with Sunil Chetri, Kohli disclosed that his sister Bhawna had previously thrashed him.

(I’ve been severely battered by my sister. It was a habit of mine to speak to everyone with “t?” and I would use it to casually address her. I don’t know what happened to my sister, but one day she became enraged and beat me so severely that I started shouting “aap” instead of “tu.”

After team India returned from Barbados following their victory in the T20 World Cup 2024, Kohli spent a brief time in Delhi meeting his family.
