In his comments, RCB head coach Andrew Flower talked about Kohli’s retention as a crucial move for the team’s future. “No one in India is going to be overly surprised by Virat’s retention. Flower said that Kohli’s leadership was crucial in getting RCB into the playoffs the previous season and that he is and will be an essential to the team’s success going forward.
