Sourav Ganguly predicts: Among the numerous elements in the current Duleep Trophy was Rishabh Pant’s return to red-ball cricket. Later this month, while India hosts Bangladesh, he is expected to make his Test match comeback. He has lived two centuries in England and one hundred years in South Africa and Australia.
Ganguly and Pant are close collaborators on the Delhi Capitals IPL team. Ganguly is the team’s mentor and director of cricket, while Pant serves as captain. He made it clear that Pant needs to improve his limited-overs cricket effectiveness.
If he continues to play this well in tests, he will become an all-time great. He needs to improve in the shorter formats, in my opinion. He remarked, “With his talent, I’m sure he’ll become one of the best in time.”
