Abhimanyu Easwaran were selected for the Australia: India’s 18-man list for the eagerly awaited Border-Gavaskar test match includes Abhimanyu Easwaran, Harshit Rana, & Nitish Reddy. The first among the five matches will begin on November 22 in Perth. Kuldeep Yadav is not included because, following the conclusion of the current Test series against New Zealand, he was referred to The BCCI Centre of Excellence in order to address his persistent left groin problem in the long run.

Easwaran has scored a century in each of his last four first-class matches, which include the Irani Cup, the Ranji Trophy, and the Duleep Trophy.
Abhimanyu Easwaran were selected for the Australia Tests:
India still has plenty of pace players to go along with Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj, but they haven’t selected Mohammed Shami, who is recovering. After good home performances versus Bangladesh and England, Akash Deep has maintained his spot in the team, and Prasidh Krishna, who earned his Test debut earlier this year in South Africa, is back in the team. After a protracted recuperation from a stress fracture, the Karnataka bowler played an important part in India A’s victory in the Duleep Cup this past month.
Fast bowler Harshit Rana gets to cap off an excellent 2024 where he starred in an IPL title win, with a Test call-up after already being picked in the other two white-ball squads. Andhra’s medium-pace all-rounder Nitish Reddy is in a similar boat as Rana – following an impressive IPL stint with a T20I debut and now, a Test call-up. India are also taking the pace trio of Mukesh Kumar, Navdeep Saini, Khaleel Ahmed as reserves.
Washington Sundar, who is in the midst of an impactful return in whites after making his debut on India’s previous tour to Australia, has also been picked, while Axar Patel has been left out.
